Kyle Bollman

President, Board Member

Kyle Bollman is the President and a Board Member of United Assignments SCC. He has spent more than two decades as an executive in the structured settlement industry, including leadership roles with Sage Settlement Consulting (formerly Millennium Settlements) and Integrated Financial Settlements. He has co-founded and grown many companies within the legal settlement industry.

His previous experience also includes a role as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of specialty insurance and financial services organization Investar Holdings, Inc. He was President of Thomas-Pierce & Company Inc., a boutique mergers and acquisition firm.

Kyle earned a B.A. in Psychology from Tulane University and an M.B.A. in Management and Marketing from The University of Miami. He partnered with his colleagues in the settlement planning industry to found the American Association of Settlement Consultants, a growth- and innovation-oriented settlement planning organization.
